Personal Loan
Conditions for the bonus: To gain access to the bonus, the following conditions will have to happen: That the drawee of the Personal Loan has not incurred delay or arrears in the payment of any of the quotas, to the due date of these, as also other products that it has hired with the Bank, in advance or posteriority to the granting of the present loan.
That the Personal drawee of the Loans has not incurred nonperformance of one any of the obligations under the Loan, in addition to the expressed one in the interjection 1 That without detriment of not being slowed down in the payment, the drawee of the Personal Loan has carried modifications out in the original conditions of the operation, such as extension of period, modification of valuations, and/or early cancellations. To the effects of obtaining the bonus, the Drawee of the Personal Loan will have to approach the Division of radicacion of the Loan and present the vouchers relative to the cancellation in time and it forms, (receipts and/or account extracts where the quotas have been debited), of each and everyone of the quotas of the Loan, up to the quota previous to the beginning of those who are discounted. The above mentioned presentation will have to be carried out not beyond 15 continuous days previous to the expiration of the first quota to be discounted.
The Bank will proceed to carry the bonus out, in case of corresponding, in 10 continuous days of presented the papers, and as soon as there was verified the fulfillment of the established requisites. One confirms that the mulberry will be automatic and of right plenary meeting, for the alone expiration of the period, without need for intimation or any judicial or extrajudicial interpellation
